[color=MediumTurquoise]雖然已經係一個月前的事,但現在新年將近,好多人都好想同遠近親朋聚一聚食餐好.當然有人來探訪時,想找一些略為特別的小食來招呼大家時,這些西式的食物有時都可能派得上用場.[/color]

[color=DarkOliveGreen]當然過節酒類飲品唔少得,但小弟估都估唔到,紅酒可以唔駛用樽裝的.現在香港有得賣"袋"裝紅酒,如要到別人家中食飯拿一兩支紅酒,可能會非常重.而現在有袋裝的話,只要按一下便有紅酒出來.又唔駛開水松塞又唔駛怕飲唔哂難擺放的話,飲唔哂小弟就放入雪櫃打橫便可唔怕漏,適合一眾鐘意方便之城市人,而該紅酒西梅味較重.[/color]

[color=DarkOliveGreen]同場加映自家製沙律及煎香的德國腸作頭盤,小弟家中還是喜用千島醬作沙律醬,而德國腸煎好後點都加些芥末才好吃的.[/color]

[color=DarkSlateBlue]此已煙燻過的急凍過的火雞其實要整就唔太難,因為有時整得過火的話的確會非常粗及硬.當然小弟家中冇焗爐,小弟之母親會將此急凍火雞先熔一日雪,再斬件放入微波爐先叮一分鐘後再烤十幾廿分鐘先拿出來食.這樣才會令火雞肉變得惹味又唔會硬.[/color]

[color=DarkSlateBlue]當然如單食火雞會較DRY,加一些松露鵝肝醬配合來食明顯令火雞肉變得到身.雖然小弟一向唔明松露有乜好食,亦唔知點解咁多人喜歡.但今次如單計鵝肝醬的濃郁芳香及油脂,加上一些冇咁濃味的肉類,即時令到兩者帶來既複雜又有咬口的感覺出來,真係一餐都好快食哂一罐,當時購買此醬都要二百至三百元到,不過真係好快就連個罐都冇埋,皆因真係欲罷不能.[/color]
