杜拜擬建造世界最大購物中心 全年恆溫無休

阿拉伯聯合大公國日前宣布將建造全球首個全年恆溫的商業步行廣場『世界購物中心』，為該國眾多的『世界之最』頭銜再添一筆，並將其作為舉辦2020年世博會精心設計的旅游示範工程。
中新網據新加坡《聯合早報》報導，據悉，整個計劃占地約445萬平方公尺，坐落在城市主幹道謝赫扎耶德路旁，建成後預計每年可迎接遊客1.8億人次。
但文告沒有透露這項工程將在什麼時候動工，以及整體工程的成本。
其實，該計劃是一個以『城中城』為理念的綜合性商業廣場。它不僅包括面積74萬平方公尺的世界最大購物中心，還有玻璃穹頂覆蓋的世界最大室內主題公園、倫敦西區和紐約百老匯風格的文化主題區及為醫療旅遊者專設的休閒養生區，並配以100家酒店和服務型公寓及含5萬個停車位的超大停車場等設施。
阿拉伯聯合大公國副總統兼總理、杜拜酋長謝赫·穆罕默德在宣布計劃啟動時說，旅遊業是阿拉伯聯合大公國支柱產業，『我們的目標是將這一商業廣場打造成全年無休的旅遊勝地，這是我們提出建造夏季恆溫環境專案的初衷。』
步行街玻璃穹頂 夏天遮蓋冬天打開
為打造全年涼爽舒適的環境，主題公園和連接各設施之間長達七公里的步行街在夏季將被巨大的玻璃穹頂覆蓋，在冬季玻璃穹頂將被打開。
專案開發商迪拜控股公司主席傑爾賈維說，這一專案利用全新的理念為遊客提供集休閒、購物、文化和醫療為一體的全方位、多選擇的旅遊體驗。遊客無需用車，也不用離開這個『城中城』，便可享受到一切需要的服務。
杜拜也擁有全球最高的建築哈里發塔(Burj Khalifa)，此地標高828公尺，耗資15億美元建造。
