炸鹽味蘿蔔糕

食材
蘿蔔糕1大塊
海鹽OR一般的鹽少許

作法
1 將蘿蔔糕洗淨擦乾,切成大塊條狀,厚度如照片(蘿蔔糕我是買現成的)

2 起油鍋,油熱後下蘿蔔糕,炸至金黃酥脆起鍋立馬灑上少許的鹽(要起鍋就馬上灑唷)

3 外酥內嫩的蘿蔔糕加少許的鹽提味,更能吃出本身食材的美味~要趁熱吃唷!!真的會上癮(認真樣)
鹽的多寡在於個人口味可增或減,我的蘿蔔糕是吃起來微微鹹味那種(比較有味道)無須再沾醬油唷~會太鹹>"<
